Upon confirmation, we will guide you through the return process, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
2. Exchange Eligibility
Non-Defective Items: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or style, you must initiate the exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging and tags.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective item and prefer an exchange, we will guide you through the process and cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
